In case of no compliance, disagreement or foul term use by the visitor / user / client of the website, the company denounces every responsibility towards the affected person-s, natural or legal. The company guarantees continuous service, that there will be no technical faults or issues due to the nature of th eoline media.

The company is not accountable for any mistakes that might occur in prices or product details, for shipping delays in emergency cases, or for wrong data that the visitor / user inserts in the order forms.

RETURNS – CHANGES

The www.thehomebee.gr always aiming for the best customer service possible, applies the following return policy.

The customer has every right to return any product not meeting their satisfaction, or any damaged or faulty product, and ask for its replacement, for website account credit, or even a full refund.

The user that wishes to return a product, should consider that the following terms should be satisfied:

  1. Returns of products that have not been purchased at this e-shop WILL NOT be accepted.
  2. Product returns are acceptable ONLY after former communication (by phone or online) with our website.
  3. Product returns are acceptable ONLY within 15 days after the date Indicated on the respective receipt or invoice.
  4. Product returns are accepted ONLY under the condition that the product is in its original condition, as it was when shipped.
  5. Returns on products that have been washed or used WILL NOT be accepted in any case.
  6. The package of the returned product must be included in full, with every tag and insignia that might accompany the product.
  7. Product returns are acceptable ONLY with the respective documents accompanying them (receipts, invoices, shipping forms etc.).
  8. “White” sleep products, such as pillows, mattress toppers etc., WILL NOT be accepted in any case, if they have not remained in their packaging, for obvious health reasons.
  9. In the case of discounted products or special offer products, the return or exchange is possible only under the respective price at the moment of purchase. Returning and exchanging is not possible after the sales’ or offers’ period.
  10. Returns are accepted only via Elta Courier Company, or, in the case of larger objects, via the company that delivered your package. Charges are regulated after contact with the company.
  11. The exchange process begins right at the time the company receives the returned product.
  12. In the case of a refund, customer information must be included in the returned package to the full (Name, Surname, Contact Number, Bank Account Number, IBAN Number, Bank Name, Beneficiary Name). Respective transaction documentation is mandatory for refunds.
  13. The refund process commences by the company upon receiving the returned product and ascertaining that the product is in its original condition. A deposit is made within 30 business days from the product reception. The deposit is equal to the net worth of the product, not including shipment, COD, or other expenses that might have occured during the transaction.

DAMAGED / FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

Each of our products is subject to 2 quality inspections before been shipped to the customer, one by the qualified personnel of each associated company, and another by the equally qualified personnel of our company, in order for you to receive our products in excellent condiiton. In the case however that any fault or damage is observed, you are required to contact us immediately via email at [email protected], or by phone at 2610277075, to inform us about the problem, so that the company can in turn inform you on the neccessary actions to be followed.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS REFUNDS / ORDER CANCELLATION

The refund procces commences from the time we will receive the faulty product, and ascertain its fallibility / damage. A deposit is made within 30 business days from the time we received the product. The deposit will equal the net value of the product without taking into consideration any shipping or COD costs.

The package must include all the customer’s details (name, surname, contact number, bank account number, IBAN number, bank name, beneficiary name), the transaction documentation and the full packaging of the product including any tags that might accompany it.

Returns are possible only via Elta Courier Company, or, in the case of bigger parcels, with the company that made the delivery.

In the case of order cancellation when the price has been prepaid (through bank trasnfer, or credit card payment), the refund procedure begins from the time the customer contacts the company. A deposit is made within 30 business days from the contact date. The deposit will equal the net worth of the order, minus any banking fees that might occur from the transaction (remittance costs, credit card transaction fees etc.).

USER ACCOUNTABILITY

The visitor / user accepts and pledges that in any way will they use this website for:

  1. illegal transactions, using or storing data relavant to other website users.
  2. sending, publishing, or trasmitting illegal or harmful, to our company or any other person, content.
  3. Sending (electronically or otherwise), reproducing, publishing or trasmitting in any other way content that violates the trademark, distinctive title, professional secrets, patents, copyrights (of the company or other), or any other property rights (of the company or other).

The visitor/ user is fully accountable for both the website use and the content of the trasactions they make.

With any illegal website use, any provided service is terminated automatically by the company, without former notice.

Any transaction taking place on our website www.thehomebee.gr is regulated by the International and European Law, and the regulations concerning the electronic commerce, as also by Customer Protection Laws (ν. 2251/1994). The company has taken every possible and neccesary measure to guarantee and provide the maximum possible security. Any information concerning personal user / visitor data, is confidential and secure. Personal data are required and provided only in the occasion that the user / visitor wishes to buy a product, or subscribe to the website.

In any inquiry case, the data are sent online to our company, where they remain classified. The data are collected in the light of immediate and effective communication – in any way – with the company. Under no circumstances will our company reveal, give away or exchange personal user records, other than legal obligation or court order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

PAYMENT METHODS

Orders can be paid in the following ways

  1. Cash On Delivey (COD)

Upon delivery at your location, you can pay the order price (including any shipping costs) in cash to the Elta Courier Company employee.

  1. Via PAYPAL

When completing your electronic order, you can send a payment via your PayPal account.

  1. Credit / Debit Card Billing

When completing your electronic order, you are transfered to the secure environment of Attica Bank, where you can enter your credit / debit card details and your card is automatically billed. Card information are not visible or known to our company in any way. All VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO cards are accepted.

  1. Bank Deposit

You can transfer or deposit the full price of your order (including any shipping costs) to one of our bank accounts, with your name and order code as remittance info.

*For paymnets via PayPal, credit / debit cards and remittances, bank fees are applied respectively. Please be informed that you should deposit / transfer the order pirce in full, including the charges and fees applied by the respective institutions.

**In the cases 2, 3 and 4, order executions commence only after we have confirmed and ascertained the transfers or deposits to our respectie accounts.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Our company ships all e-shop orders (free or COD) to all of Greece via the “Elta Courier Company”

Shipment costs for small packages up to 10 kg are as follows:

  • 2.50€ for orers up to 49€
  • Free shipping for orders of 49,01€ and above
  • 2€ Cash On Delivery (COD) charge
  • For orders over 150€ COD is not applicable

For bigger packages, (carpets, funiture, mattresses etc.), our company ships to all of Greece via “BELEHAS TRANSFER SOLUSTIONS” cargo.

Charges for bigger packages are volumetrically measured and are as follows:

Small, bulky package shipment (carpets, small furniture) <0.2 cubic metres

  • 14€ for orders up to 150€
  • Free shipping for orders of 150,01€ and over
  • COD is not applied

Medium, bulky package shipmentν 0.2~0.6 cubic metres

  • 20€ for orders up to 250€
  • Free shipping for orders of 250,01€ and over
  • COD is not applied

Big, bulky package shipment >0.6 cubic metres

  • 30€ for orders up to 450€
  • Free shipping for orders of 450,01€ and over
  • COD is not applied

We do not ship to Cyprus or any foreign countries

For any obstacle that might occur during proccessing your order, you will be informed as soon as possible by a company agent, in order to resolve the issue.

All submitted orders require 2-5 business days to complete (business days are all the days of the week apart from the weekends, or in the case they happen to be a public holiday or strike). In case that a product is not immediately at our disposal, it will be shipped on the day it will be available to us again.
